Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 21 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
