There are many great cafes and restaurants a short stroll away, a large supermarket nearby, and the bus stop to Auckland city centre is just a 2 minute walk away.

If checking in after 10pm, please contact us so that we can arrange a key-safe for you to use.We will give you information on how to obtain your room key, and inform you of your room number.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs NZD 5.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 15.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs NZD 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
