If you are coming from the Southern Motorway: Take Market Rd exit off Southern Motorway. Follow Epsom sign to traffic lights (100 metres). Turn right into Great South Rd. Our motel is just 250 metres on the right (112 Great South Road Motor Lodge). If you are coming from the Airport along Manukau Rd: Drive to the very end of Manukau Road, and then turn right to Great South Rd. Great South Road Motor Lodge will be on your left. (112 Great South Road Motor Lodge).

The Best Western Great South Road Motor Lodge is centrally located to major sports, commercial, cultural, tourism and recreational venues in Auckland. Numerous restaurants are located within the near vicinity of The Best Western Great South Road Motor Lodge. Newmarket and Parnell have a major concentration of restaurants, modern fashion shops and attractive boutiques within five minutes drive. We are within easy travelling distance for day trips around most of the northern part of the North Island.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 10.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs NZD 13.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs NZD 17.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
