The hotel's shuttle bus will collect you from the domestic or international terminal once you dial 47 from the freephone found at the I-Site counter.

Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.  Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 12.80 per person.  Full English breakfast costs NZD 14.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs NZD 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
