Places Cafe Places serves a scrumptious buffet breakfast daily with a variety of fruit, pastries and other delicacies. Lunch can be ordered off a comprehensive menu and dinner is available from a superb a la carte menu that shows the flair and knowledge of our great chef. The Oyster Bar Is a relaxing and inviting haven after a long day. The bar is open daily from 4pm and serves local and international beverages including a detailed wine list.

An airport shuttle service (payable locally) operates daily from 04.00-02.00 hours, with pick ups and drop offs scheduled every 30 minutes. The scheduled pick up times from the Airport are quarter past and quarter to the hour, with the final pick up at 01.45 hours. The first pick up of the day is at 04.00 hours. There is no service between 02.00-04.00 hours. The pick up point from the international terminal is outside the main building, opposite door number 6. Passengers need to cross the road and wait at the bus stop at the outer forecourt. At the domestic terminal the pick up is outside door number 4.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.  Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Private parking is possible on site and costs NZD 5.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 21.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs NZD 25.00 per person.  American breakfast costs NZD 21.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs NZD 25.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 33.75 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
