Breakfast Packs are available from Reception and a Pantry Shopping Service can also be arranged by contacting the hotel in advance. Quest on Queen is located near many cafes and restaurants. A charge back facility is available for a number of cafes and restaurants within a short walk of the hotel.

Reception is open 07:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 - 16:00 on Saturday, Sunday and all public holidays. If you are checking into the property outside of the hours listed, please contact reception via the entrance way intercom.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs NZD 20.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged NZD 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
