Travel information

Hotel du Vin is located 45 minutes drive south of Auckland and 30 minutes from Auckland International Airport. Driving instructions: From Auckland, drive south on SH1 toward Hamilton. Once past the Bombay Hills, take the Coromandel / Tauranga exit and follow SH2 for approx 8km. Take the Mangatawhiri Valley exit off SH2 and Lyons Road is just off to your left, (just before Mangatawhiri village) - if you see the castle diary you have gone too far! Follow Lyons Road approx 5 km, we are at the very end of the narrow road - just follow the signs.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
