Please note that the hotel only accepts New Zealand Bank Cards for Eftpos payments.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs NZD 10.00 per 30 minutes.  Wired internet is available in public areas and costs NZD 5.00 per 30 minutes.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges are applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
