Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of NZD 20 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs NZD 10.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs NZD 15.00 per person.  Breakfast costs NZD 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged NZD 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
