Fandangles restaurant is located on-site and offers an elegant dining atmosphere, a creative menu and an extensive martini menu. Collage, also on-site, provides casual and quick breakfast and lunch. A Starbucks coffee shop is located inside the Sheraton as well.

Each guest must present a valid photo ID and Credit Card upon check in. The name on the Credit Card has to match the name on the drivers license /ID. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs USD 9.95 per 24 hours.  Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 20.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 25.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs USD 16.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 25.00 per stay in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
