Guests are required to be over 21 years of age to occupy a room without an adult. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Please Note: Dogs and cats up to 60 lbs are permitted at no charge; a waiver must be signed at check-in. One pet is allowed per room.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 10.95 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 26.00 per day.  Public parking is possible on site and costs USD 18.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is partially refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult stays free of charge in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
