Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9.6 % Tax is not included.  6.5 % service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 15 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged USD 13.00 per night in a baby cot.  All further older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
