Food & Beverages

The excellent kitchen offers a variety of Ticinese and international specialities and invites our guests to gastronomic highlights. Ristorante La Palma serves Mediterranean and International dishes. It is open from 11:00 to 13:00 and 19:00 to 22:00.

Please inform the hotel about your arrival time. Please inform the hotel about the age of children in case an extra bed is needed. There are mandatory cleaning fees for the studios and apartments and they start at EUR 70. Towels and linen for the apartments are available at an additional cost. Please note that construction works currently take place next to the hotel. Noise disturbances can occur between between 08:00 and 12:00 and between 13:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 5.00 per 30 minutes. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 18.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 1.85 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
