Upon check-in guest must present a government issued photo identification card or passport and a credit card deposit is required for incidentals and miscellaneous charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 20.00 per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
