If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child under 15 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
