Spacious apartments come with both twin and double bedrooms, with all bed linen and Viscolatex mattresses included. Kitchens are well-equipped with fridge-freezers, vitroceramic hobs, microwaves and dishwashers. Each room is external and enjoys plenty of natural light.

Hotel details

All guests should state when booking how many guests will be staying in the apartment, including children and babies. The property reserves the right to eject any guests not declared when booking. A cash breakage deposit is payable on arrival. This deposit is returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
