Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs CHF 28.00 per person.  Half board costs CHF 14.00 per child under 11 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children from 3 to 11 years are charged CHF 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 15 years are charged CHF 65.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged CHF 95.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
