Guests at the Palomar can enjoy exceptional traditional Italian cuisine at the Domasoteca restaurant, located on the hotel's 4th floor. Featuring an on-site bakery where all bread and pastries are freshly made as well as an open kitchen, guests can enjoy delicious food in a intimate and comfortable atmosphere. The Domasoteca also hosts a nightly wine reception, featuring a variety of international and local wines paired with Italian, French and American cheeses and breads.
