Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 22.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 10 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
