Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.55 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 5 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 5.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
