Please note that the total amount of your stay will be charged at check-in. The reception of Banks closes at 20:00 (17:00 on Sundays). After closing time, Banks can be accessed with your key card via the night entrance. Bookings of 5 rooms or more requires a non-refundable deposit of 50 percent to be charged to your credit card. For group bookings that are cancelled less than one month before date of arrival, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.  Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 12.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
