Every room has been luxuriously designed and appointed. Each one displays spectacular views over the Taurus mountains, the Mediterranean Sea or the vast swimming pool. A total of 560 rooms and suites have been divided into 11 room categories, in 3 different wings. The European wing has been designed in post-modern style. The Anatolian wing is in traditional Ottoman style and Dolmabahce is the luxurious, but traditional, palatial wing. Additional room features include: LCD flat screen TV, luxurious Hermes amenities and multi-purpose remote for AC/light.

Mardan Palace has been created to meet the needs of all luxury travellers, from solo travellers to families. Recreation and relaxation facilities have been carefully considered to reflect those needs. The Dolmabahçe Palace lobby is an awe-inspiring place with high ceilings and picturesque terrace. An amphitheatre seats 900 guests and offers excellent performances. There are 4 aquariums imported from across the world to reflect the unique qualities of the different seas. The luxury spa retreat is 7500 m² and has been designed by spa expert Klafs. The spa retreat offers all the features guests would expect, plus a state-of-the-art fitness centre and a meditation room overlooking the indoor pool. The VIP area hosts a private Hammam, saunas and massage area. A Thalasso beauty therapy centre provides facial and body care and there is also a medical spa centre. It includes 2 VIP suites and 1 Executive VIP Suite, which also features a private swimming pool and dining room. There are also activity clubs for different age groups, from children to teenagers. Other amenities include a bowling alley, an extraordinary swimming reef, a shopping arcade and a marina.

The choice of fine dining at the Mardan Palace is unrivalled in Turkey. The multi award-winning Executive Chef uses the highest quality ingredients from around the world to produce spectacular dishes. Separate restaurants are dedicated to authentic Russian, Turkish, French, Thai, Japanese and Mediterranean cuisine. Each kitchen is managed by a world-class chef who specialises in that particular national cuisine. The rooftop American Bar is situated on top of the Maiden’s Tower. It is a replica of the Kiz Kulesi lighthouse and offers outstanding views of the resort and the stunning Mediterranean sunsets.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  8.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
