The 3 apartments are situated in different areas of Annecy’s historical centre. There is no standard reception, therefore your welcome will be personalised. For this reason, please ensure you contact Un Lieu Unique and inform them of your arrival time. You can confirm via telephone up to 30 minutes before your arrival time.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
