Rooms

In addition to all the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 ceramic hobs, tableware, an electric coffee-machine, as well as a television with international channels. A phone is available at an additional cost. A Wi-Fi Internet connection will be available from July 2008 at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Hotel details

Cost includes: • Accommodation. • Beds made up for arrival. • Bathroom linen in the apartment. • Cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up) and change of the bedlinen and of the household linen every 7th day. • End-of-stay cleaning. • Dishcloth. • Television (with international channels). In addition to all these services, a daily cleaning is included in the room rate for short stays (less than 4 nights).

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.00 per day.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 56.00 per week. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  There is no city/tourist tax. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
