- Please note that from December 22nd 2009 the meal plan will be All Inclusive. - If you have a Brazilian credit card, you can pay in 4 monthly installments with Mastercard or in 10 monthly installments with Visa. Let the hotel know if you want this and wait until the hotel contacts you per e-mail requesting you to sign an authorization form and send it back to them.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs BRL 25.00 per 24 hours.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 35 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
