Please note that tea towels and washing-up liquid are not provided in the accommodation.

Reception is open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 21:30. At the weekend it is open from 07:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00. If you plan to arrive outside the reception opening hours please contact the residence at least 72 hours in advance to obtain your access code.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 4.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
