Food & Beverages

The Tivoli’s El Tap Restaurant is set on the hotel’s first floor and serves an extensive menu of tapas and house special dishes. It opens for lunch between 13:00 and 16:00, and for dinner between 20:00 and 23:00.

The published rates for stays on the 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on those evenings.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

4 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
