Hotel details

The published rates for stays on the 31 December include a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on this evening. Access to the swimming pools is free for hotel guests. Please note that swimming caps must be worn in the indoor pool at all times. Guests who do not have a swimming cap may choose to buy one from the reception. Pets are not admitted in the Junior Suite and Suite.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 14.50 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

4 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years is charged EUR 9.50 per night in a baby cot.  One child from 4 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child from 12 to 18 years is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
