Please Note: -Due to automatic processing of the reservations, the hotel does not read comments before the day of your arrival. -citizenM does not accept cash payments for room charges. Check-in and check-out is done at a self-service check-in terminal that accepts all major credit cards and debit cards, but no cash. Another credit card can be used to pay than the one you used to guarantee your reservation.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 2.
