Payment is due on arrival at the hotel. For payments made by credit card the hotel requires a surcharge of 3%.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 38.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first two nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first three nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5.00 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
