Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 15 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All further older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
