Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 20 days prior to arrival and is refundable.  A fixed amount of EUR 20 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged 40 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
