Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.  Lunch costs EUR 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
