Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
