If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs USD 7.14 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 5.70 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
