Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs JOD 5.00 per hour.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs JOD 17.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per stay is not included.  8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs JOD 10.60 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged JOD 24.80 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
