If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  8 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child from 6 to 12 years is charged USD 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
