Please note that the first 2 hours of parking are free of charge. Afterwards, the costs are EUR 1.50 per hour. The maximum charge is EUR 15 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of EUR 40 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 19.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child from 0 to 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 30.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
