Melia's Grand Dining Room is located at the Windsor and offers an elegant yet relaxed dining atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a variety of international as well as regional specialties. Floyd's Pub is also located on-site and features wine, cocktails and beer in a warm and casual atmosphere.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full board costs USD 6.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
