The restaurant, bar and spa will open in Spring 2010. The continental breakfast offers a selection of fruit juices, bread, rolls, butter, jam, and coffee, tea or chocolate.

Guests who do not wish to clean their apartment, either during or at the end of their stay, must request the hotel's cleaning service. this service is available at an additional charge.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 7.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
