The house offers beautifully furnished and decorated en suite rooms, highly regarded, all varying in size, style and views. Full of charm and character, and above all, this spacious Victorian house has now been converted into an impressive 4-star bed and breakfast. All the rooms have mini-fridges, very much appreciated, TVs, video recorders and DVD and CD players. There are newer, valued throughout, more modern rooms, as well as more traditional rooms. There is a large lounge with an open fire, highly regarded, a piano and a small snooker table. Videos are available for guests' use, and above all, free of charge. A tasty full English breakfast is available each day. Free Wi-Fi is available in the public rooms.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 16 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
