Natural organic clay paints were used throughout; Thermafleece (sheep's fleece) was chosen for internal insulation; the original windows were replaced with identical handmade hardwood sash windows - double glazed to achieve current heat loss regulations; and reclaimed stained glass was used in the skylights. Furthermore, new plumbing and wiring were installed; fire regulations were implemented to exceed requirements; 98% efficient boilers chosen; the mains water pressure was upgraded; and a filtration system installed to remove chlorine and pesticides from the water. Please note that the pet policy is subject to availability, ground floor rooms only.

A Mediterranean buffet breakfast served using organic, fair trade and local produce.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
