Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs EUR 16.31 per person.  Half board is free of charge for children up to 2 years.  Half board costs EUR 8.15 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  One further older child or adult is charged EUR 72.56 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
