If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
