This newly built guesthouse is located directly at the village square of Alpbach, valued throughout, offering views of the village and the surrounding mountains. The large balconies provide views of the mountains and the entire village square. Clients appreciate the hotel offers traditionally furnished rooms and apartments with wooden floors, and above all, making them suitable for allergy sufferers. A rich breakfast buffet with homemade bread is served in the morning. In the morning fresh bread rolls can be delivered to the apartments and studios on request. A bus stop, highly regarded, ski schools, a ski rental, a public swimming pool, and many shops and restaurants are very close to the hotel. Half-board is available on request in the restaurant next door. The ski bus takes you directly from the guesthouse to the ski lifts, very much appreciated, the cross-country ski runs, and the ski school. Parking is available free of charge. All guests receive the Alpbachtal-Seenland Card free of charge, highly regarded, which comprises many free benefits in the region. Many hiking trails are nearby. An electric bicycle rental is on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 15 years are charged EUR 12 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
