The reception office hours are from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive after 19:00 please note that you will find your name on a tag on the window of the reception office, indicating the building and apartment numbers. The keys will be left on the door of your apartment. There will also be an emergency mobile number just in case you need to contact the person in charge of the Residence. Please inform the residence of your expected time of arrival. Bed linen and towels are changed on on the 4th day of a one weeks stay. Extra optional costs to be paid direct on location are: - Air-conditioning or heating - Private Car Park - Change of Linen and Towels - Baby cot.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
