If cancelled or modified up to 22 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge for cots.  One further older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
