On the 24th of December the Christmas Gala dinner takes place. It is compulsory and has an additional surcharge of 40 USD per person. -On the 31st of December the New Year Gala dinner takes place. It is compulsory and has an additional surcharge of 60 USD per person.

Area information

Alexandria was established by the Alexander the Great, as one of the main Hellenistic shipping centres. Apart from the beautiful sandy beaches, Alexandria offers endless possibilities for excursions, day trips and tours. Today it is Egypt main port of trade. When visiting the city you should visit the Roman Amphitheatre and Pompey’s Pillar. Other sights of possible interest include the Shallalat Gardens featuring waterfalls and the Antoniadis Gardens with remains and ruins of the Greco-Roman era. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is not applicable.  12 % service charge per room per night is not included.  16.80 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
