The large salt water swimming pool is 125 metres in length, with waterbeds and 2 water rituals that work to guarantee your relaxation. Relaxation and wellness reach their maximum in the Yhi Spa and in the other activities on offer such as the tango, Sushi, massages and painting classes. This is an ideal place to hold all types of events, with more than 3000 m² of space, banquet facilities that can cater for up to 940 people and a business centre with state of the art technology.

Food & Beverages

The hotel has 5 diverse restaurants where you can dine in style, or simply relax and enjoy a snack: Nami Here you can sample sushi and teppanyaki and specialties from Vietnam, China, Thailand and India. Pangea Breakfast and dinner is served in this restaurant, where you can sample international, market-style cuisine. Calima Traditional-style Spanish cuisine is served in this restaurant. Oasis Pool Grille This restaurant serves Mediterranean-style, grilled fish, seafood and meat. Here you can also enjoy a paella next to the pool. Club Ocean Sample the tapas, speciality salads and French and Italian cuisine in this restaurant and the fantastic views. The hotel also has several bars, where you can enjoy a relaxing drink, including the pool bar, the Nami bar and the Lotus reception bar. In the Nemos bar you can enjoy piano and jazz music and in the Lava Disco Club, more contemporary music styles are played. There is also a wine and cava bar in the hotel.

The hotel will not accept children under 16 years old staying in the RedLevel Demi Suites. A third adult and children between 2 and 12 years old can stay in all rooms (except RedLevel Demi Suites) sleeping on the sofa-bed (on request) that is available in all type of rooms.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 90.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
