La Hospedería La Tercia has 14 themed rooms, each boasting a different decoration. Some of the rooms have hydro-massage baths or showers and some with old wrought-iron baths.

La Hospedería has a patio with well and original stone walls. The façade of the patio has a wooden balustrade that creates a traditional and charming atmosphere. It also affords spectacular views of the Catedral-Magistral de Los Santos Niños.

Food & Beverages

The cafeteria is a charming space that opens every day at 17:00 and where you can enjoy top national wines and Iberian products. At the weekend you can go on wine tasting sessions (these require prior booking). If you arrive at the weekend, you will receive a welcome glass of wine.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
